It feels really good to be down to 134 for some reason, I could run a mile if I did not have this stupid boot on lol. My legs hurt so much from squats yesterday because I have been doing my best to stay of my feet lately…

I have discovered I can do squats with my foot like this as long as I keep my form perfect and don’t move the foot at all haha
I am finally starting to like the body I see in the mirror, today I am at my lowest weight ever (135) and have lost 45lbs since my weight loss journey. Now I only have 10lbs to go! I don’t know where I originally found this image but its kind of exciting to know I have lost 2 of the big guys and one little guy…Maybe progress pictures latter!
So I finally got the courage to get on the scale today after I have been binging since like the first of the month….I am down to my lowest weight ever, 139lbs. I don’t understand how the heck that happened but ok.
Also I have a nasty lung infection and one of my wisdom teeth is infected. Still in my boot for my sprained foot…everything is shitty right now. But I have never seen the 130’s on the scale, so that is kind of wonderful!
Had a really bad stress related binge day yesterday…turns out I booked my train back from boston for the wrong week haha…I was able to fix it but I kind of consumed a shit-tun of ice-cream and jellybeans in my freaking out state. And I jetted up to 141.8 today…..I am so blotted it sucks. Oh well, will do a cut to 1000 cal today and tomorrow and hopefully I will look ok for boston…despite my walking boot…haha.
